Step ONE: Create an account, add your property and pay for the MLS listing: CLICK HERE to REQUEST AN MLS LISTING
Step TWO: Once you have submitted the order, you will receive an email that will have the MLS listing forms to complete and sign electronically.
Step THREE: You will receive a copy of the MLS listing within one business day after you have signed your forms, to review PRIOR to activation. Once you have approved the data accuracy, the listing will be activated and a live copy will be emailed to you along with all disclosures, change form, counter offer addendum and other forms you may need, depending on the property type.
*If you have ordered a lock box or a sign, those will be shipped to you via USPS, Priority tracking mail. They usually arrive within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking information. If you ordered a lock box, there will be instructions in the packet. DO NOT handle the lock box until you have read the instructions.
