3. Your MLS listing with photo gallery will syndicate to hundreds of public websites available globally
(Realtor.com, Zillow, Redfin.com, JohnLScott, Windermere, ReMax, etc.)*
4. Forms and Disclosures via email (fillable PDF format): Seller's Property Disclosure , counter offer addendum, Lead Based Paint and other forms available upon Seller's request.
5. Legal Description and Seller's Property Disclosure uploaded to your MLS listing (seller to email completed disclosure)
6. Unlimited FREE changes to your listing including photos, price, & content, using the change form. All changes made within one business day of receipt.
7. All buyer leads are forwarded to seller's email
8. Seller retains the right to sell by owner and in that case, pay ZERO commission.
9. WA State fillable Purchase and Sale agreement and addendum as needed upon request.
