Offer Assistance when the Buyer DOES have an agent   

When you get an offer and if your buyer has an agent, then if you want me to help you with the offer and represent you in the transaction (do the legwork of the listing agent), I charge $950 due at close of escrow. Click for more information...

Offer Assistance when the Buyer DOES NOT have an agent

If you find your own buyer that is NOT working with an agent and you want help with the process, I will fill out all the paperwork, set up escrow, communicate with the lender, deposit earnest money, order title insurance, communicate with the appraiser and keep the Seller and Buyer up to date with timlines/deadlines, etc.  I charge 1% of the purchase price for this service..  Please call me at 1-877-364-5478 or email me at stacie@list4flatfee.com.   This service is available even if you are not listed with my company. 

Lead Based Paint Pamphlet   Print Pamphlet

If your property was built PRIOR to 1978, you must disclose this to potential buyers and sign a Lead Based Paint Disclsoure addendum, regardless if you sell FSBO or through an agency.
