About Us

I am a licensed real estate broker in Washington State, Hawaii, and Arizona.  I started my real estate career in 1992 after attending college.  I sold real estate for several real estate brokerages before obtaining my brokers license in 1997.  I then became a staffed real estate trainer for Windermere Real Estate in Washington State.  In 1999, I started my own flat listing fee company and grew the company to be brokered in four states.  I sold 1/2 of that company to my business partner and then started another flat fee company in Washington, www.List4FlatFee.com (Whitfield Real Estate). 

 I enjoy golfing, alpine skiing and cross country skiing, and bar-b-ques with friends and family.
