What to expect when you buy an MLS Listing:

1. Upon buying the MLS listing for $285, you will receive the listing checklist, data forms, and agreement to complete.  Instructions are included on sending back the forms, photos, etc.  NOTE: You may request the data forms BEFORE buying the MLS listing by sending your request to stacie@list4flatfee.com.  Please include your property address, property type and phone number.
2. After you fax or email your MLS data forms, I will input your listing within one business day.
   You will receive an email from me with a copy of your MLS listing so that you can review it and make changes/corrections.  Along with this email, there will be a change form, all the required disclosure statements, and further instructions for changing your listing, etc. 
3. Your listing will be listed for one year on the MLS and List4FlatFee.com.  You may cancel your listing at anytime without charge or obligation.  However, if you cancel the MLS listing, a re-list fee of $199 will apply if you decide to place the property back on the market. 
4. I will mail out a professional for sale sign with a blank rider for you to place your phone number and/or your www.List4FlatFee.com Ad #.  The sign does not include stakes.  You will be responsible for posting it on the property.  You should remove any "fsbo" signs so there is no confusion, but that is optional.
5. Please check your emails frequently, as that is how most of my communication is delivered.  Your MLS listing will have instructions for agents to contact you direct for property questions and to present offers directly to you.
6. When you accept an offer, either from an agent or from a buyer not working with an agent, please notify me within one business day by sending the change form so that I can update the MLS.
