List your property for $285 and pay no listing commission when you list your property in the multiple listing service until you sell it or cancel the listing. If you cancel the listing, you may re-list it ANYTIME for FREE!

Whitfield Real Estate is a licensed real estate brokerage and Stacie Whitfield is your licensed designated broker. I choose to charge a flat fee and not a commission and the seller only offers a commission to the buyer's agent. The Seller chooses the commission they are willing to pay at the time the property is listed.

The seller always reserves the right to sell to their own buyer, for sale by owner, and not pay any commission.

ALL buyer leads are given the seller's phone number.

Electronic MLS lock boxes are available to rent for $100 if you need one.

I also offer assistance with offers if you find that handling the transaction on your own is too overwhelming. For $950 paid only if the transacation closes, I will walk you through the sale process, from negotiations to closing including, inspections, escrow setup, title order, work with the lender, appraiser, the buyer's agent, etc.
